1. DreamTec Research Limited (the “Company”) does not make any claims, state or imply that ONEVAC Health Supplements (the “Supplements”) are formulated, designed or approved by the Company or any regulatory authority to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical conditions (including but not limited to, COVID-19). This would falsely imply that the Supplements are drugs or medicine rather than health supplements. In particular, the Company expressly state that the Supplements are not intended to replace vaccination and/or medicine of any kind.
2. The Company never associates the Supplements with drugs or medicine. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Supplements are not registered under the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance (Chapter 138 of the laws of Hong Kong) or the Chinese Medicine Ordinance (Chapter 549 of the laws of Hong Kong). The Company states that it has not applied for registration or has any plans to apply for registration of the Supplements with the aforesaid ordinances. Any such representations, claims, comparisons or associations by you may result in your personal liability.
3. Before you use the Supplements, you should carefully read their labels and packaging. The Company is not responsible for any statements, claims or directions of use that the distributors or their representatives make about the Supplements that are not contained in the labels and packaging.
4. The Supplements affect everyone differently based on, inter alia, (a) the size, weight and health of the person; (b) the amount taken; and (c) whether other medicine, supplements, boosters and enhancers are taken. The common side effects of the Supplements are mild and occasional diarrhea and/or fever. The side effects may be more severe if the recommended dose is exceeded.
5. You should only purchase the Supplements for your own use, and consult your health care provider (including your family doctor) (the “Health Care Professionals”) before taking the Supplements for the first time, especially if you are pregnant, breast-feeding, under medication or have any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions. You should also consult Health Care Professionals regarding any interaction with medication or supplements you have been already using.
6. The Supplements should be stored safely and be inaccessible to young children, visually and cognitively impaired adults or pets.
